About
Nurokind OD from Mankind is a once-daily tablet of methylcobalamin, the active form of vitamin B12. It is widely used for nerve-related symptoms and B12 deficiency.

How it works
Methylcobalamin enters nerve cells easily and helps repair the protective myelin sheath. It also supports normal red blood cell formation, helping reduce tiredness and nerve symptoms.
How to take
Take one tablet a day with water, after food, or as prescribed by your doctor. Try to take it at the same time daily for steady levels.
