About
MCBM-G9 tablets from Indoco bring together three active forms of B-vitamins — methylcobalamin (B12), L-methylfolate (folate) and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6). These are 'pre-activated' forms that the body can use directly.
Uses
- Helps with nerve-related discomfort like tingling or numbness
- Supports treatment of vitamin B12 and folate deficiency
- Useful in diabetic neuropathy and similar nerve conditions
How it works
Methylcobalamin and pyridoxal-5-phosphate support nerve health and the formation of the protective myelin sheath, while L-methylfolate plays a key role in red blood cell formation and homocysteine metabolism. Together, they support healthy nerves and blood.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after a meal. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Side effects
- Mild nausea or stomach upset
- Headache
