Oxetol 150 10 tab

Oxetol 150 from Sun Pharma contains oxcarbazepine, an anticonvulsant used to manage seizures linked to epilepsy. It is also sometimes used in nerve pain conditions.

• Partial seizures in epilepsy
• Generalised tonic-clonic seizures (as add-on)
• Certain nerve-related pain conditions

Oxcarbazepine calms overactive electrical signals in the brain by stabilising nerve cell membranes, which helps reduce the frequency and intensity of seizures.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water and try to take it at the same times each day.

• Drowsiness or dizziness
• Headache
• Nausea or vomiting
• Double or blurred vision
• Low sodium levels in blood

Tell your doctor about kidney issues, low sodium, allergies, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol and skip driving until you know how it affects you. Do not stop suddenly.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
