Uses

How it works
Pyridoxine is converted in the body into its active form, which acts as a coenzyme in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism and in the making of neurotransmitters.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with water after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended duration as long-term high intake may affect nerves.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Nausea or headache in some users
- Tingling or numbness with very long, high use
Precautions
