Clonil 10 from Intas Pharmaceuticals contains Clomipramine, a tricyclic antidepressant. It is widely used in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder and certain depressive conditions.

Clomipramine balances levels of serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain, two messengers that influence mood and obsessive thoughts. Restoring this balance helps lift mood and ease compulsions.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow whole with water and follow the schedule consistently.

• Dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation
• Drowsiness or dizziness
• Weight changes or sweating
• Difficulty passing urine

May take a few weeks to show full effect. Inform your doctor of any heart, liver, kidney, or seizure history. Avoid alcohol. Do not stop suddenly. Tell your doctor about all other medicines you take, especially MAO inhibitors.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from children and direct sunlight.
