Orthomark GM 10 tab

Orthomark GM from UHL is a combination tablet for people living with osteoarthritis. It contains diacerein, glucosamine and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), three ingredients that work in different ways to ease joint pain, support cartilage and improve day-to-day movement.

Diacerein lowers the activity of interleukin-1, a chemical that drives joint inflammation and cartilage damage. Glucosamine is a natural building block of cartilage and helps support its repair, while MSM supplies sulfur used in joint tissues and may have a mild anti-inflammatory effect. Together they target both symptoms and joint structure.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Tablets are usually swallowed whole with a glass of water, preferably with or after food to reduce stomach upset. The full benefit usually builds up over several weeks, so regular use as advised is important.

• Loose stools or diarrhoea, especially in the first weeks
• Mild stomach discomfort, nausea or indigestion
• Yellow-tinted urine, which is harmless
• Skin rash or itching in some people
• Headache or mild dizziness

Let your doctor know if you have liver, kidney or bowel problems, are allergic to shellfish (since glucosamine is often derived from it), or are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is generally not recommended for children. Share a list of all other medicines you take.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep tablets in the original strip and out of reach of children.
