Calcimax 250 from Meyer is a daily calcium tablet that also gives magnesium, zinc and Vitamin D3. It is a general bone and mineral supplement for adults and older children.

Elemental calcium is the actual amount of calcium the body can use to build bone. Vitamin D3 pulls calcium from the gut into the blood and into the bones, and magnesium and zinc help the bone-building process.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with water after a meal so the stomach handles it better.

Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, kidney stones or high blood calcium. Keep a few hours gap from iron tablets, thyroid medicine and some antibiotics.
