How it works
Elemental calcium is what the body uses to build bone, Vitamin D3 helps the gut absorb it, and magnesium and zinc are needed for bone-forming cells and many body enzymes.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with water after a meal.

Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, kidney stones or high blood calcium. Keep a gap of a few hours from iron tablets, thyroid medicine and some antibiotics.
