Sizopin 25 from Sun Pharma contains clozapine, often used as a starting strength when treating schizophrenia that has not improved with other antipsychotics.

Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic. It acts on dopamine and serotonin pathways in the brain, helping bring balance to thoughts, mood, and perception.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Doses are usually built up slowly. Regular blood tests are required throughout treatment.

• Drowsiness, especially early in treatment
• Dizziness when standing up
• Increased saliva
• Constipation or weight gain

Clozapine can affect white blood cells, so regular blood monitoring is needed. Report fever, sore throat, or signs of infection immediately. Avoid alcohol and tell your doctor about all medicines you use.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
