Benfomet 10 Tab

Benfomet from Sun Pharma is a nerve-support tablet that combines benfotiamine (vitamin B1), mecobalamin (vitamin B12) and pyridoxine (vitamin B6). It is widely used in people with diabetic and other peripheral nerve problems.

• Diabetic peripheral neuropathy
• Tingling, numbness or burning in hands and feet
• Vitamin B-complex deficiency
• Nerve pain from other causes, as advised

Benfotiamine, a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1, supports nerve cells and helps reduce damage from high blood sugar. Mecobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that helps repair the protective myelin sheath around nerves. Pyridoxine (B6) supports normal nerve signalling. Together they nourish and protect peripheral nerves.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, swallowed whole with water. It can usually be taken with or without food.

Tell your doctor about pregnancy, breastfeeding or any allergy to vitamin B preparations. Continue diabetes care and blood sugar control alongside this medicine.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep tablets in the original strip and out of reach of children.
