Ultrabrite Cream 25 gm

Ultrabrite Cream from Leeford is a combination skin cream with hydroquinone, tretinoin, and mometasone, used for certain pigmentation concerns.

• Helps lighten dark patches such as melasma
• Used for short-term treatment of uneven skin tone

Hydroquinone lightens pigmentation, tretinoin speeds up skin cell turnover, and mometasone reduces inflammation and irritation from the other two.

Apply to affected skin as prescribed by your doctor, usually a thin layer at night. Wash your hands after use.

• Skin redness, dryness, or peeling
• Burning or stinging
• Increased sun sensitivity

Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily. Not for long-term use, pregnancy, or broken skin. Stop if irritation is severe.

Store below 25 degree celsius in a dry place, away from sunlight and out of reach of children.
