Roop Sundari Cream from Ortiz Pharma is a prescription skincare cream that combines Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone. This well-known triple combination is used under medical guidance to lighten patches of darkened skin.

Hydroquinone slows the cells that make skin pigment, helping dark patches fade. Tretinoin, a form of vitamin A, speeds up skin renewal so pigmented cells shed faster. Mometasone, a mild steroid, calms inflammation and irritation that can come with the other two ingredients.

Apply a thin layer to the dark patches at night, as prescribed by your doctor. Wash hands after use. Always use sunscreen during the day, as this cream makes the skin more sensitive to sunlight.
