No Scars Cream 20 gm

No Scars Cream is a prescription skin cream that combines hydroquinone, tretinoin, and mometasone. It is used under a doctor's guidance for melasma and other forms of skin pigmentation that have not responded to simpler care.

• Melasma (dark facial patches)
• Stubborn pigmentation and uneven skin tone

Hydroquinone reduces the skin's production of pigment, tretinoin speeds up cell renewal so darker cells fade faster, and mometasone calms inflammation that can drive pigmentation.

Apply as prescribed by your doctor, usually a thin layer once at night on the affected patches only. Wash hands after use. Always pair with a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.

For short courses only as advised by your doctor; long-term use can thin the skin. Avoid the eyes, mouth, and broken skin. Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Sunscreen is essential during treatment.
