Alizap 30

Alizap 30 from Eris contains Apremilast 30 mg. It is used for moderate to severe plaque psoriasis and active psoriatic arthritis in adults.

Apremilast blocks an enzyme called PDE4 inside immune cells. This action lowers the inflammatory signals that drive skin plaques and joint swelling, helping the rash and pain settle gradually.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water — your doctor usually starts with a low dose and increases it gradually.

• Loss of appetite or weight loss

Tell your doctor about kidney problems, depression, or thoughts of self-harm — report any mood changes promptly. Monitor your weight during treatment. Use carefully in pregnancy and breastfeeding only if your doctor advises. Inform your doctor about all medicines, especially those for epilepsy or TB.
