About
Persol AC 5 Gel from Wallace Pharmaceuticals contains Benzoyl Peroxide 5%. It is a stronger acne gel used when milder products have not given enough relief.
Uses
- Moderate pimples and acne
- Blocked pores and blackheads
- Body acne on chest and back
How it works
Benzoyl Peroxide releases active oxygen in the skin, which kills acne-causing bacteria, opens blocked pores and reduces oiliness, helping pimples to fade over a few weeks.
How to take
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin once a day, usually at night, as advised by your doctor. Wash hands after use and use a gentle moisturiser if the skin feels dry.

- Bleaching of hair, towels and clothes
Precautions
Avoid eyes, lips and the inside of the nose. Do not use on broken skin. Use sunscreen during the day. Reduce frequency if the skin gets too dry, and check with the doctor.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Close the tube tightly after use and keep out of reach of children.
