Nurokind Gold Injection from Mankind Pharma is a vitamin B-complex injection with methylcobalamin, pyridoxine and niacinamide. It is used when oral vitamins are not enough or absorption is poor.

How it works
Methylcobalamin repairs the protective covering around nerves and supports red blood cell production. Pyridoxine and niacinamide support nerve signalling and energy metabolism in the body.
How to take
Given as an injection into the muscle by a nurse or doctor, as prescribed by your doctor. Do not self-inject at home unless trained.
