About

Elosone cream from Leeford Healthcare contains a mid-potency topical steroid. It is used for short courses to settle inflamed, itchy skin conditions.

How it works

Mometasone reduces the redness, swelling, and itch of inflamed skin by lowering the activity of immune cells and chemical messengers that drive the flare.

How to take

Apply a thin film to affected skin once daily, or as prescribed by your doctor. Rub in gently and wash hands afterwards unless treating them.

  • Dryness or skin thinning
  • Stretch marks with prolonged use

Precautions

Avoid eyes, face folds, and groin unless directed. Do not use on broken or infected skin. Stop and tell your doctor if irritation worsens.
