Joshina from Hamdard is a Unani herbal syrup made with Tulsi, Mulethi, Unnab, Sapistan and other classical herbs. It is widely used in Indian homes for everyday cough, cold and throat care.

Adults can take two teaspoons two to three times a day. For children, halve the dose or follow the label. Shake the bottle well before use. Use after meals for best comfort.
