Duzela M20 from Sun Pharma combines Duloxetine with Methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12. It is prescribed for nerve-related conditions that need both mood support and nerve nourishment.

How it works
Duloxetine is an SNRI that lifts serotonin and noradrenaline, easing pain signals and improving mood. Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12 that helps repair the protective sheath around nerves and supports normal nerve conduction.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with water, with or without food. Do not stop suddenly; the doctor will reduce the dose slowly when needed.

Precautions
