How it works
Citicoline supplies phosphatidylcholine, an essential part of brain cell membranes, and supports acetylcholine, the messenger linked to memory and learning. The prolonged-release format releases the drug slowly so the brain gets a steadier supply.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow whole with water — do not crush or chew the tablet, as that breaks the prolonged-release system.

Precautions
