Vertiron from Cipla is a cinnarizine tablet used to manage vertigo, balance issues, and motion sickness.

• Vertigo and dizziness
• Motion sickness during travel
• Balance issues from inner-ear disorders

Cinnarizine acts as both an antihistamine and a mild calcium-channel blocker. It calms overstimulated nerve signals from the inner ear and improves brain circulation, reducing spinning, nausea, and unsteadiness.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, ideally after meals. For travel, take it about 30 minutes before the journey if advised.

Avoid driving if drowsy. Mention Parkinson's disease or low blood pressure to your doctor. Limit alcohol while on this medicine.
