Ostocalcium Total is a chewable calcium and vitamin D supplement from the trusted Ostocalcium family (now under the Centrum umbrella). Each mixed-fruit tablet carries calcium 500 mg with vitamin D 300 IU to support strong bones, teeth and muscles in children above 5 and adults.

Calcium is the building block of bone, and vitamin D helps the body actually absorb and use that calcium — together they maintain bone mineral strength.

Chew the tablet before swallowing — no water needed. Children above 5 years: one tablet daily under adult supervision. Teens and adults: as directed on the label or by a healthcare professional, preferably with meals.
