Dexorange Capsule from Franco is a haematinic supplement that combines iron with B-vitamins to support people with low iron stores or mild nutritional anaemia.

Iron is a key building block of haemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen. The added B-vitamins support red blood cell formation and energy metabolism.

Swallow the capsule with water, as prescribed by your doctor. Taking it with food can reduce stomach upset.

• Dark or black stools (harmless)
• Constipation or loose stools
• Nausea or metallic taste
• Mild stomach discomfort

Tell your doctor about other iron or calcium products, antacids or thyroid medicines, as they can interact. Keep well out of reach of children, as iron overdose can be serious.
