How it works

Iron helps the body make haemoglobin to carry oxygen, folic acid supports new cell formation, and zinc plays a role in immunity and tissue repair.

How to take

Swallow with water, preferably between meals or as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid taking with tea, coffee or dairy at the same time, as they reduce iron absorption.

Precautions
