Ferikind M Syrup from Mankind is a liquid iron supplement combining Ferrous Ascorbate with Folic Acid, offered in an easy-to-take syrup form.

Ferrous Ascorbate links iron with vitamin C, which keeps the iron in a form the gut can absorb more easily and use for making haemoglobin. Folic Acid helps the body form healthy red blood cells.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, using the measuring cap or spoon provided. Try to take it away from tea, coffee, or dairy for better absorption and rinse the mouth afterwards to reduce staining.
