Zecal Fem from Intas is a calcium and vitamin D3 supplement aimed especially at women's bone-health needs. Adequate calcium and vitamin D are important during the reproductive years, pregnancy and after menopause.

Calcium is the main mineral in bones and teeth, while vitamin D3 helps the gut absorb calcium and direct it to the skeleton. Together they support healthy bone density and normal muscle and nerve function.

Take as directed on the pack or as advised by your doctor, ideally with food and a glass of water. Avoid taking at the same time as iron tablets, tea or coffee, which can reduce absorption.
