How it works
Calcium supplies the main mineral for bone tissue, Vitamin D3 helps absorb that calcium from the gut, and the added minerals support enzyme and muscle activity. The combination aims at well-rounded bone wellness.
How to take
Swallow the tablet with water as prescribed by your doctor, usually after a meal. Keep a gap from iron, antacid or thyroid tablets if you take any.

Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have kidney problems, kidney stones or high blood calcium. Do not stack with other calcium products without advice. Drink enough water daily.
