Ferimark XT from UHL is a haematinic tablet that brings together Ferrous Ascorbate, Folic Acid, and Zinc to support healthy blood and overall recovery.

How it works
Ferrous Ascorbate keeps iron in a form that is easier for the gut to absorb, helping the body build haemoglobin. Folic Acid supports red blood cell formation, while Zinc helps numerous enzyme functions and recovery.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with water and ideally away from tea, coffee, or dairy for better iron absorption. Try to take it at the same time each day.

- Mild nausea or stomach upset
- Constipation or loose stools
- Dark-coloured stools
- Metallic taste in the mouth
Precautions
Tell your doctor about any iron-overload conditions or ulcers before starting. Do not double up if you miss a dose, and keep iron tablets well away from children as overdose can be dangerous.
