Mulmin-F 10 Caps

Mulmin-F is a haematinic capsule combining ferrous fumarate, folic acid, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) and zinc. It is widely used as a supportive supplement in iron and vitamin deficiency anaemia.

Iron is the building block of haemoglobin, the molecule that carries oxygen in blood. Folic acid and B12 help bone marrow make healthy red blood cells, while zinc supports immunity and overall recovery.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, ideally with water. Avoid taking with tea, coffee or milk as these can reduce iron absorption.

• Dark stools, mild nausea or constipation
• Occasional metallic taste or stomach discomfort

Not suitable for people with iron overload disorders. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, on antacids or already taking other iron products.

Store below 25 degC in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
