About

Ostocalcium Total from GSK is a daily calcium tablet combining Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin D3 and Magnesium. It is taken by adults and older children to support bone strength and joint health.

How it works

Calcium carbonate gives a concentrated dose of the bone-building mineral. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb it, and magnesium works alongside calcium to keep muscles and nerves working smoothly.

How to take

Swallow one tablet with a glass of water, preferably after a meal. Follow the dose advised by your doctor or as printed on the pack.

Side effects

  • Mild constipation
  • Belching or gas
  • Bloating
  • Nausea in some people

Precautions

Avoid if you have kidney stones, very high blood calcium, or take certain heart and thyroid medicines unless advised. Do not take antacids or iron tablets at the same time.

Storage
