How it works

How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after a meal for better absorption. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have kidney stones, high blood calcium or kidney problems. Avoid taking with very high doses of other calcium or vitamin D supplements at the same time.
