Shevcal XT from Fracton is a combination tablet of Calcium, Vitamin D3, Methylcobalamin, L-Methylfolate and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate. It is used as a daily bone and nerve health supplement.

How it works
Calcium with Vitamin D3 strengthens bones and teeth, since D3 helps the gut absorb calcium. Methylcobalamin (active B12), L-Methylfolate (active folate) and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (active B6) work together to keep nerves healthy and support red blood cell formation.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually after meals with water. Avoid taking it together with tea, coffee or iron at the same time, as these can reduce calcium absorption.

Precautions
