Caldikind Plus by Mankind is a multi-ingredient bone and nerve health capsule. It brings together calcium carbonate, the active vitamin D form calcitriol, methylcobalamin (a B12 form), folic acid, omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, and boron in one daily capsule.

Calcium carbonate supplies the mineral your bones need, while calcitriol is the ready-to-use form of vitamin D that improves calcium absorption. Methylcobalamin and folic acid support healthy nerves and red blood cells, DHA and EPA add anti-inflammatory omega-3s, and boron helps the body use calcium and magnesium more efficiently.

Swallow one capsule whole with water as prescribed by your doctor, preferably after a meal so the fat-soluble ingredients absorb well.
