Shelcal HD from Torrent contains Calcium Carbonate (500 mg elemental calcium) with a higher dose of Vitamin D3 (500 IU). It is prescribed when extra vitamin D is needed along with calcium, such as in osteoporosis.

How it works

How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. The tablet is usually taken after a meal with water. Avoid taking it together with iron tablets, antacids or strong tea.
