Trapic from Sun Pharma contains tranexamic acid, an antifibrinolytic medicine used to manage and prevent abnormal bleeding.

• Heavy menstrual bleeding
• Nose bleeds (epistaxis)
• Bleeding after dental or surgical procedures
• Bleeding in certain inherited conditions

It slows the breakdown of fibrin, the protein that holds clots together, helping blood clots remain stable and reducing bleeding.

Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or after food, as prescribed by your doctor.

• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhoea
• Headache
• Dizziness or drowsiness
• Allergic skin reactions (uncommon)

Avoid if you have a history of blood clots, severe kidney problems, or seizures unless your doctor advises otherwise. Discuss pregnancy, breastfeeding, and any other medicines, especially hormonal contraceptives, before starting.

Keep below 30 degrees Celsius in a dry place, protected from light. Store out of reach of children.
