Centrum Recharge from GSK Haleon is a daily nutrition drink mix supplied as a sachet. It is part of the Centrum multivitamin family and is meant to help adults top up vitamins and minerals in a tasty drink form.

The sachet dissolves in water to give a measured dose of vitamins and minerals. Once absorbed in the gut, these nutrients support energy production, immune function and general well-being.

Mix the contents of one sachet in a glass of water as guided on the pack. Best taken once a day with or after food.
