Roseday Gold from USV is a triple-action cardiac-care tablet that combines Rosuvastatin, Aspirin and Clopidogrel. It is prescribed for adults with heart disease who need cholesterol control along with strong clot prevention.

• Prevention of heart attack and stroke
• After stenting or bypass surgery
• Unstable angina
• High cholesterol with very high heart risk

Rosuvastatin lowers bad cholesterol by blocking its production in the liver, helping clear the arteries. Aspirin and Clopidogrel both stop platelets from sticking together but work in different ways, giving stronger protection against dangerous clots in narrowed vessels.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, ideally with or after food to be kinder to the stomach. Take it at the same time each day.

Tell the doctor about any bleeding tendency, ulcers, asthma, recent surgery, or liver and kidney disease. Inform the dentist and surgeon before any procedure. Do not stop the medicine on your own. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
