Roseday 5 from USV is a lower-strength statin tablet containing Rosuvastatin. It is often prescribed when starting cholesterol treatment or for people who need a gentle dose.

Rosuvastatin blocks the liver enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, which the body needs to make cholesterol. With less cholesterol being produced, the liver removes more bad cholesterol (LDL) from the blood, helping keep the arteries clear.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. The tablet can be taken any time of the day, with or without food. Try to take it at the same time daily and swallow whole with water.

Tell the doctor about any liver or kidney issues, thyroid disease, or regular alcohol use. Report unusual muscle pain, tenderness, or dark urine right away. Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Keep below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep in the original strip and out of reach of children.
