Ecosprin AV 75/40 from USV pairs atorvastatin 40 mg with aspirin 75 mg in a single capsule. It brings together a high-intensity statin and a salicylate antiplatelet for adults who need stronger cardiovascular protection.

Atorvastatin blocks HMG-CoA reductase in the liver, sharply lowering LDL cholesterol and helping stabilise plaques. Aspirin irreversibly inhibits platelet cyclooxygenase, reducing thromboxane A2 and dampening platelet clumping that can lead to clots.

Swallow the capsule whole with water, usually at night with or after food, as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid large amounts of grapefruit juice and do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
