Varimax 10 from Macleods Pharmaceuticals contains Vardenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men.

During arousal, vardenafil blocks an enzyme called PDE5, which lets blood vessels in the penis relax and fill with blood more easily, supporting a firmer and longer-lasting erection.

Take the tablet about 25 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity, as prescribed by your doctor. Sexual stimulation is needed for it to work. Heavy fatty meals and alcohol can reduce its effect.
