Vasohart 10 ASP from Leeford is a combination capsule of Rosuvastatin and Aspirin used to lower cardiovascular risk. It pairs a cholesterol-lowering statin with low-dose aspirin for blood-clot prevention.

Rosuvastatin blocks a key liver enzyme involved in cholesterol production, helping lower LDL (bad) cholesterol. Low-dose aspirin makes platelets less sticky, reducing the chance of harmful clots in the arteries.

Swallow the capsule whole with water as prescribed by your doctor, usually at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food. Avoid stopping suddenly.

• Muscle aches or weakness
• Easy bruising or minor bleeding
• Rare but serious liver, muscle or major bleeding problems — seek help for severe muscle pain, dark urine or unusual bleeding

Not for use in pregnancy or active bleeding disorders. Tell your doctor about liver or kidney disease, ulcers, asthma and all other medicines. Routine blood checks may be needed. Avoid excessive alcohol.
