Fourderm cream 10 gm

Fourderm Cream from Cipla is a four-in-one topical that brings together chlorhexidine, an antiseptic; terbinafine, an antifungal; clobetasol, a strong corticosteroid; and ofloxacin, an antibacterial. It is used for short courses on stubborn mixed skin infections with inflammation.

• Mixed bacterial and fungal skin infections
• Inflamed eczema with secondary infection
• Itchy, infected skin rashes

Clobetasol settles the redness, swelling and itch, while terbinafine clears fungal growth and ofloxacin tackles susceptible bacteria. Chlorhexidine adds a layer of antiseptic action on the skin surface.

Apply a thin film to the affected area only, as prescribed by your doctor. Wash and dry your hands before and after use, and avoid covering the area with tight bandages unless advised.

• Burning or stinging on application
• Skin thinning with long use
• Stretch marks or pigment change
• Local irritation or rash

Do not use on the face, groin, underarms or broken skin unless your doctor says so. Avoid long stretches of use, and keep away from the eyes and inside the mouth or nose.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius with the tube tightly closed, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
