Instaraft Syrup 200 ml

Instaraft Syrup from Sun Pharma is an antacid-style raft-forming liquid. It is designed to give quick comfort from acidity, heartburn and reflux after meals.

• Heartburn and acid reflux
• Acid indigestion and sour belching
• Reflux symptoms during pregnancy (as advised by the doctor)

Sodium alginate forms a soft, gel-like raft on top of the stomach contents, acting as a barrier against acid moving up the food pipe. Sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate quickly neutralise existing acid for fast relief.

Shake the bottle well and take as prescribed by your doctor, usually after meals and at bedtime. Do not lie down immediately afterwards for best effect.

• Mild bloating or burping
• Constipation or diarrhoea (uncommon)
• Excess sodium load if used in large amounts

Use with caution if you are on a low-sodium diet, have heart failure, kidney problems or high calcium levels. Keep a gap of at least 2 hours from other medicines like iron, antibiotics or thyroid tablets. Tell your doctor if symptoms last beyond 1 to 2 weeks.

Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place, away from sunlight. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children. Do not refrigerate.
