Centrum Adult 50+ 30 Tablets

Centrum Adult 50+ from GSK (Haleon) is a once-a-day multivitamin and mineral tablet designed for adults above 50 years. It combines 24 vitamins and minerals along with Boswellia serrata extract, lutein and calcium to support common needs of this age group.

The blend gives a measured daily dose of key nutrients. Calcium and Vitamin D support bone strength, B-complex vitamins help energy production, lutein supports eye health, and Boswellia serrata is a plant extract traditionally used for joint comfort.

Usually one tablet a day with water, preferably after a meal. Follow the label or your doctor's advice.

• Change in urine colour from B vitamins (harmless)
