Rosuvas F 10 from Sun Pharma combines Rosuvastatin (a statin) with Fenofibrate (a fibrate). Doctors prescribe this pair when both cholesterol and triglycerides are high.
Uses

How it works
Rosuvastatin lowers cholesterol made in the liver. Fenofibrate activates a receptor in the liver that breaks down triglycerides and raises HDL (good) cholesterol. Together they balance the full lipid profile.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with the main meal of the day so fenofibrate is absorbed well.

- Muscle pain or weakness
- Stomach upset or nausea
- Headache
- Mild rise in liver enzymes
Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have liver, kidney, gallbladder, or thyroid problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. The risk of muscle problems goes up with this combination, so report any pain or tenderness immediately. Avoid heavy alcohol.
