Walyte Ors

Walyte ORS from Wallace Pharmaceuticals is an oral rehydration salt powder. It helps replace water and essential salts lost from the body during diarrhoea, vomiting, heat exhaustion, or heavy sweating.

The powder contains a balanced mix of glucose and mineral salts in the proportion recommended by the WHO. Glucose helps the intestine absorb sodium and water faster, restoring the body's fluid balance and salt levels.

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in the exact amount of clean drinking water mentioned on the pack. Sip slowly over a few hours. Use the freshly prepared solution within 24 hours and discard any left-over.

Do not add sugar, salt, or flavour to the solution. People with kidney problems, heart failure, or those on a salt-restricted diet should use only on medical advice. Seek a doctor if diarrhoea is severe, bloody, or lasts more than 2 days.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Keep the sachet sealed until use and keep out of reach of children.
