Crepe Bandage 3 inch 7.5 cm

Metro Crepe Bandage (3 inch / 7.5 cm) is a stretchable cotton bandage used widely in first-aid and sports care. The medium width fits ankles, elbows and forearms well.

The crepe weave gives gentle, even pressure that supports injured muscles and ligaments. Steady compression helps reduce swelling and encourages healthy blood flow during recovery.

Clean and dry the area. Start wrapping from the part furthest from the heart, overlapping each turn by about half the width. Apply firm but comfortable pressure and secure with a clip or tape.

Do not wrap so tight that the limb feels cold, numb or turns blue. Loosen at once if pain increases. Avoid direct contact with open wounds without a sterile dressing.

Store in a clean, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Wash gently with mild soap and air dry if reused.
