Betadine from Win-Medicare is a povidone-iodine antiseptic solution used to clean skin and small wounds and to lower the risk of infection.

Povidone-iodine gradually releases iodine on the skin, which is active against many bacteria, fungi and viruses, helping prevent infection at the site.

Apply to the affected area with clean cotton or gauze as directed on the label, or as advised by your doctor. For external use only.

Avoid using on large open wounds without medical guidance. Do not use if allergic to iodine. Use cautiously during pregnancy, in newborns and in thyroid conditions.
