Electral from FDC is a World Health Organization-formula oral rehydration salt (ORS) that replaces water and electrolytes lost in diarrhoea, vomiting or heavy sweating. This small pouch is handy for travel and quick use.

The balanced mix of sodium, potassium, chloride and glucose uses the body's natural co-transport system to draw water and salts back into the bloodstream, restoring fluid balance.

Dissolve the contents of the pouch in the volume of clean drinking water indicated on the pack and sip steadily, as advised by your doctor. Discard any solution left after 24 hours.

Do not boil the solution or add sugar or salt. Seek medical help if dehydration is severe or if there is persistent vomiting, drowsiness or reduced urine output.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees Celsius. Use the solution within 24 hours of preparation.
