Electral Orange from FDC is a World Health Organization-formula oral rehydration salt (ORS) with an orange flavour to make rehydration more pleasant for children and adults. Each sachet makes a one-litre drink.

• Dehydration from diarrhoea
• Fluid loss from vomiting
• Heat and exertion-related dehydration
• Recovery after fever

The balanced mix of sodium, potassium, chloride and glucose uses the body's natural co-transport system to draw water and salts back into the bloodstream, restoring fluid balance.

Dissolve the full sachet in one litre of clean drinking water and sip steadily, as advised by your doctor. Discard any solution left after 24 hours.

Do not boil the solution or add sugar or salt. Seek medical help if dehydration is severe or if there is persistent vomiting, drowsiness or reduced urine output.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees Celsius. Use the solution within 24 hours of preparation.
